Indvestia Capital was founded in 2020 by Vick Mehta, CCIM, and has quickly built a reputation for delivering institutional-quality real estate opportunities to investors who would not normally have access to them. By leveraging long-standing relationships, we identify and improve assets efficiently and maximize returns for investors while maintaining strict discipline in every acquisition. The firm is rooted in Vick Mehta’s 20+ years of experience in retail, franchising, and real estate. As a multi-unit operator and developer for national brands, Vick learned what makes retail centers thrive—not just from the landlord’s perspective, but from the operator’s side of the table.

That insight gave Indvestia a unique operator’s eye for tenant success, ensuring properties are sustainably leased, not just filled. Vick began acquiring commercial properties in 2010, bringing the same discipline and market knowledge that shaped his retail career. Over the past decade, he has guided Indvestia through the full investment cycle from sourcing and underwriting to asset management, value-add execution, and eventual exit.
